(Online via Zoom on Thursdays @ 7:00 - 8:15pm starting September 17, 2020 & ongoing)
Join us on Zoom to connect with other moms and learn clinically proven mindfulness skills to enhance your functioning & well-being during these stressful times. Mental health counselor & mom of three Samantha Ruda, MA will help support your health in the following areas: self care, parenting, communication, emotion regulation, mindful eating, relationships, work life balance & more!
Preregistration required. $10 each group or $50/six group package. This registration page is to sign up for one group session @ $10 each.
