Our office is located at 227 N Main Street in downtown Wauconda, Illinois overlooking beautiful Bangs Lake.
We offer on-site, community-based & HIPPA compliant phone/video tele-health counseling as well as life wellness programs & educational services.

Monday: 7am – 4pm
Tuesday: 7am – 4pm
Wednesday: 7am – 4pm
Thursday: 7am – 4pm
Friday: 7am – 4pm
We are also available beyond the specified office hours for presentations, workshops, trainings & seminars. Please give us a call to request off-hour appointments!
